Most ECSA Members operate at an international level. In doing so they will have to interact and to collaborate with authorities and organizations in countries that may have norms and values that differ from those applicable in the EU or with whom there are some geopolitical tensions.
As a professional association, and to be able to effectively operate at an international level, ECSA will express no moral judgement on the values and on the political system each country has chosen to live by. It will respect the norms and values applicable in each country and demand equal respect for the norms and values applicable in the EU.
To achieve its Mission and Vision, ECSA will always support and stimulate an open, constructive and mutually respectful dialogue and interaction with all parties, while never forgetting its EU allegiance.
